Do you offer refunds?
No, we do not offer cash refunds. All approved returns are issued as store credit only.
What is your return & exchange policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase, as long as items are unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Are sale items eligible for return or exchange?
No. All items purchased during a sale or with a discount are final sale.
How do exchanges work?
If approved, a $10 reshipment fee is required to resend your item.
The fee must be sent via CashApp ($1BIGDELA) with your order number included in the “for” section.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days.
During major sales or holidays (November–December), shipping may take 7–10 business days.
Express shipping (1–2 business days) is also available.
What shipping carrier do you use?
All orders are shipped via USPS. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
What if my package says delivered but I didn’t receive it?
If your tracking shows “delivered” but the package is missing, please contact USPS directly for assistance.
Are all items eligible for return?
No. Extendos and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
