- If any mishaps on our end you can contact customer service to receive additional information on returns/exchanges.
- You have a 30 day return/exchange policy and once the order exceeds that time frame, unfortunately we cannot exchange any items. This does not apply during sales. When items are discounted, they are final sale.
- Any items purchased during a sale is final sale. These items cannot be returned for exchanges or store credit.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- You will also be responsible for a reshipment fee to reship the order. Reshipment fee is $10 payable to CashApp $1BIGDELA Be sure to leave your order number in the “for” section and send us confirmation of it.
